Žena izgubila 60 kilograma promijenivši samo pet životnih navika

Priča Kiah Twisselman nadahnula je mnoge druge. Kiah iz Kalifornije godinama je pokušavala biti na dijeti bez ikakvih rezultata. Nakon godina neuspjeha uspjela je izgubiti 60 kilograma u samo jednoj godini i to je uspjela promijenivši samo pet životnih navika.

Sada Kiah pomaže i drugima da to učine. Trenutak kada je odlučila promijeniti svoj život je kada je sjela u avion i primijetila da ne može staviti pojas. Knjiga „Girl, Wash Your Face“, Rachel Hollis bila joj je poziv da promijeni svoj život.

Imala je samo 25 godina i morala je preuzeti odgovornost za svoje postupke. Bilo je vrijeme da poduzme život u svoje ruke. Naime, Kiah je se još od djetinjstva borila s kilažom.

„Moja težina ostavila je na mene velike posljedice i fizičke i psihičke. Nisam smjela otići na more, jezero ili bazen. Bilo mi je neugodno nositi kupaći kostim“, kazala je.

Gubitak kilograma nije bio lak. No bitno je zadržati pozitivan stav i ne izgubiti motivaciju.

„Bilo je puno trenutaka kada sam htjela odustati. Posebno kada ne vidite rezultate. Morala sam se stalno podsjećati da je gubitak kilograma ostvarenje svih mojih snova“, kazala je.

Of all the gifts you give this year, consider how incredible giving yourself the gift of trying again would feel. The gift of being willing to believe a different story about yourself and what is possible. The gift of regaining your self-confidence by not breaking promises to yourself. The gift of loving yourself from the inside out and living life with intention to become the best version of you, one baby step at a time. It’s so easy for us to believe in ourselves as kiddos. Use some of that Christmas magic and try believing in yourself again.

Ovih pet navika promijenile su joj život:

„Probudite se sat ranije nego inače i to vrijeme posvetite sebi. Vježbajte najmanje 30 minuta. Odreknite se svakog obroka koji nije koristan za vaše tijelo. Pijte dosta vode. I svaki dan zapišite deset stvari na kojima ste zahvalni“, rekla Kiah.

Pridržavanje ovih jednostavih navika pomoglo im je da stvore solidne temelje za nov i zdrav životni stil. Fokusiranost vam može pomoći da sve postignete. Njena transformacija nadahnula je njene voljene.

Osim toga i sve njene pratitelje na Instagram profilu. Jedna od njenih prijateljica smršala je preko 50 kilograma, a brat 70 kilograma.
